We had a terrible experience here. The service was rude, the food was bad, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The staff were unfriendly—when my daughter was just looking at a cat, the waiter snapped at her, saying the cat needed rest. What looked like a nice place turned out to be very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

rude staff, rude owner which replying very unprofessional, don’t recommend to waste ur time there, coffee wasn’t that bad as the treatment there, also the fact that u need to pay 5€ to pt the kitten that stuff gonna choose for you, owner should really visit psychiatrist and it’s no doubt that she’s completely sick selfish, and self obsessed ☠️

It was worth experience ever. They ignored us and didn’t open the door. We came from frankfurt to see the cat and enjoy the cafe. I check the website they only mentioned that only for breakfast need reservation. We went there we were behind the door we knock the door many times but door was locked women from cachier she was starring at us and ignored us. It was really rude and disappointed. Even though there were 3 customers there they saw us but didn’t even notice the waitress. We tried many times to open the door but the door was locked. No one comes to us to open the door. Even when we knocked, she saw us I was shaking my hand but she just stared at us and ignored us. You don't understand because you don't care about the customers

Horrific service. Arrived, sat down, minding my own business. Person came over, which I thought was to take my order. It was actually to berate me for sitting by myself at a four person table as I was waiting for my friend to arrive, and there were no other tables available. My friend arrives 5 minutes later, and I go to unlock the door (as to not let the cats out. fair enough.) Same person yells at me across the place for her to do it (because nobody has ever owned cats and has never opened a door before?) We sat down, and immediately decided to leave. Do not recommend unless you want someone to berate you for even entering their establishment. Avoid at all costs.

My friend and I had a very horrible experience at this place. 1. The coffee was so bad and had a very weird taste. 2. The waitress there moved me before my friend came in, and then less than an hour inside the place she asked my friend and I to make space on our table for another two individuals coming in, DURING A PANDEMIC. The waitress was very rude and came back to us again, after we told her that we are not comfortable having more people on our table, asking for us to move again for another person so he can sit there. 3. We were given with the ultimatum of either making space in our table, ordering another thing or leaving the place after spending less than an hour inside. Not to mention that the place smelled very badly and probably had unwashed sheets where we were sitting. Not recommended at all.

5 euros to sit there and listen to rude staff say you can’t pet the 2 cats while they’re sleeping. tacky and overpriced

Very disappointed and a bit shocked how an animal cafe operate like HIV patient waiting office, cold and everything in such spotless order. I've been so many cats cafe in Asia , the pee pees cats cafe is the worst one , a bit shocked it happened in Berlin. Anyway, so many cool cafes in Berlin to visit , we sat there for 10 mins and ran away .

I visited Berlin with my boyfriend and as I am a huge cat lover I had begged him to go for weeks before we even arrived in the city, on the day it took us a 1 and a half hour bike to get to the place from our hotel and we completely regretted it. As soon as we walked in no one aknowlwdged us, after a while they confronted us and we told them we were English they said something to other customers who where sat down and they all just sat laughing at us. She said she’d bring us an English menu so we sat down near the cat in the window. Even when we were sat down the previous customers where still staring and laughing at us which we found extremely rude we waited a while and decided we didn’t want to give are money to this business. The cat we saw was very cute however I WOULD NOT go back to this cafe as the service we received was extremely unprofessional and rude! I would advise you to not waste your time unless you want to be treated like rubbish, WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!! Wish there was a 0 star rating!!

Manager was rude. We arrived after closing time (the google listing was wrong, I will correct it) but we were basically shooed out of the place, told to look on Facebook, and that an hour wouldn't be enough to enjoy the place anyway! I didn't see any cats and to be honest I was looking forward to this place but the owner put me off completely, I won't be returning.
