Tuscolo Münsterblick

Ordered a salad and a pizza. Salad arrived so late and was missing ingredients mentioned in the menu. And the pizza was over-sprinkled with so much salt, I could barely eat more than two slices. Overpriced and overrated. Not going back

I recently visited [tuscolo], and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in, making us feel unwelcome. The service was slow and inattentive, and our requests were met with eye-rolls and sighs. To make matters worse, the food was terrible. The main course was overcooked and tasteless, and the salad was wilted and unappetizing. It was clear that no care or attention was put into the preparation. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, and I will certainly not be returning. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Very rude service with attitude. We had a friend with disabilities and they were insisting in a rather aggressive way that a table could not fit more than 7 people (we were 8). After a lot of back and forth and after insisting that there wasn't a problem from our side and we could fit in the table by re arranging some chairs they let us sit. Even so the service's attitude was still not acceptable. Also mediocre Italian food and pizza. On the upside the owner or manager was friendly.

"Before ordering, please think 100 time carefully because, as a Lieferando rider, I want to inform you that sometimes pizzas and other items take longer than expected to prepare, often exceeding an hour. Moreover, that's why we deliver the order and so late, the tuscolo staff don't care about it at the meantime,we riders aren't allowed to sit on chairs without any reason same times, and the majority of staff treats us rudely and disrespectfully. They should understand that we are not their employees.", BE KIND NOT KAREN ⚠️

Horrible service. Was told to wait outside yet when I complained that I didn’t have my takeout bag, rudely was scolded as “you didn’t wait inside and speak German because this is Germany”. How can these people just ignore a meal sitting there for over 30 minutes and do nothing? The very rude male manager came 4cm to my face (ummm covid rules??) and yelled at me that is is my fault and I should be quiet. After this, the same dude threw my food bag. Never had I ever been treated like this.

Feedback about the delivery service. They are unable to honour a time slot and I have been waiting for ONE hour... God knows when or if my order will be received. Very bad first impression. I'll review the quality of the pizza if/when I receive it

We ordered a vegetable pizza and a salad, double-checking that the dishes are vegetarian. We noticed there was a fishy tasting filling in the mushrooms and asked the waitress about it - her answer "oh yes that's tuna". We were in shock, my wife hasn't eaten meat or fish in twenty years and felt absolutely terrible. The waitress kept insisting the dish was vegetarian and didn't even bother offering any compensation. This shows very little regard for their customers.

Over rated! I have been here more than 5 times hoping for the improvement as legitimate Italian resturant in bonn is like looking for flowers in bamboo. But each time i got disappointed. P.S if you know real Italian cuisines and have been to Italy many times or you are Italian, you are an admirer of legitimate taste and texture of the Italian food then avoid this place.

Took more than 1.5 hours to receive our food. The food was spilling into the bag and no napkins or anything. The staff was unhelpful when calling. Would not recommend ordering online from this restaurant.

A lot of waiters walking beside you and when you asking them even to bring Menu you should wait around 40 minutes for menu , Long waiting Bad service
