1. Faced discrimination: I went with my friend for dinner. Now, we noticed, that the workers behaved differently compared to German customers. They also lit up candles to all the tables, except ours. This was not mere a silly mistake but utter negligence to your countrymen. Their attitude was, oh they are Indians, so anything can be done with them and no greetings or atequete was needed. 2. Extremely poor delivery: Finally, I ordered food from them via Uber Eats. The curry portions were less consecutive days. About 70% of rice could be eaten. Then last two days, the curry was less than 50% of the container, which was disgracefully less and disrespectful. Now, I only could eat 40% of rice with that. Then being hungry I called the shop. After, 5-6 hours in the evening the owner called me back. Offered me an ice cream next time. Now I'm not a beggar. I was hungry. What I will do with an ice cream? He did not even ask my choice if I really eat ice cream. 3. Unapologetic, rude, audacious owner: When I called the restaurant, neither the owner apologized, nor asked me for a solution of my preference. Instead, he keep telling I should not complain or just tell the problem in a soft way. Dude, I was hungry even after spending 16 Eur per meal and you are providing less amount for consecutive last 4 deliveries. You are lucky that I was still polite. Reply to owner's message (03.12.2024): I did not order two meals for three people. I believe you did not understand me well since I spoke English. So, no, my message reflects fact. In general, I don’t complain for a single mistake. But when its repeated, its deliberate.

Semi cooked and stale food, not at all upto mark. They offered to replace but no use as such service delayed. . Vegetables have potato uncooked, fish and chicken have no taste. Even masala tea no have any tea taste, not value of money. It is surprising decline in quality.

Pathetic service. Rude staff… no hospitality and no sense of talking. Think twice before you there. The staff should learn to treat guests in a good manner

Very bad food. I have ordered the very basic - lamb biriyani (spicy 🌶 ) and what I have received was a funny version of biriyani! The hotel name was too much but I had expected some tasty food :( ( this place is the perfect example of Germanised Indian food) Very friendly staff Very big space

OMG, it's a one of the worst restaurant ever in my life, the waiter was very arrogant.... And they gave us a mutton fry with a dead fly... Still they didn't replace with a new one but they added it in bill. At the same time Biriyani tasted like a tomato rice. its not worth for the price. 😭😭😭😟😟😟

Service wasn’t brilliant, I understood that there were quite a lot of people but I think it’s not acceptable for customers to wait 15 minutes for a bill to come ..... Moreover, the food wasn’t that good at all for the price we’re paying. I’m not sure if we’re paying for the service, food or maybe just the good decoration in the restaurant that costs a fortune and they had to make the price of the food relative more expensive.

Taj Mahal serves the authentic Indian food and most expensive from all restaurants I have visited in Hannover and Berlin. Also, quantity remains less compared to other places. Reducing my star ratings for not so good service and hospitality during my last visit.

Poorest service I have ever seen. We were a group of seven people & we had to wait for for more than 1HR 30 minutes for our food & another 40 minutes for another round of bread....Even then the staff carried an attitude as if they were right at any point. Came here for the first time only & wont go back again for sure

It was strange to know that you have to order minimum amount as per the owner's wish. We were two people, not so hungry. So order for only two items, owner said he can not take order for small invoice and asked us to order more or leave because there were other customers waiting outside. Pathetic behavior.

Not recommended for Indians, the currys are not tasty, the spices are not properly used and the currys are too oily. Its very expensive and the service is not as expected. Only Nans and Tandoori Rotis are good(Bread).
